 1. Introduction

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on iking.in, operated by **IKING Retail Private Limited (“Company”, “Platform”).

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

 2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted ONLY if:

* Product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.

* Return request is raised within **48 hours of delivery.

* Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

* Proper unboxing video proof is provided (mandatory)


❗ Without video proof, IKING reserves full right to reject return claims


 3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are **strictly non-returnable**:

* Innerwear, hygiene, and personal care items

* Customized or made-to-order products

* Clearance / sale items

* Used, washed, or damaged by customer

 4. Return Approval Process

 5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

* IKING may arrange reverse pickup (if serviceable)

* If not available, customer must self-ship the product


Conditions:

* Shipping charges may be **non-refundable**

* Improper packaging may lead to rejection



 6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed ONLY after:

* Product is received & inspected

* Quality check is approved


Refund Modes:

* Original payment method

* Store credits (if applicable)


Timeline:

* 5–10 working days after approval


IKING reserves rights to:

* Deduct shipping, handling, or platform fees

* Provide partial refunds in case of usage/damage



 7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled ONLY if:

* Not yet shipped


IKING reserves rights to:

* Cancel any order due to:

  * Pricing errors

  * Stock issues

  * Fraud suspicion


Refund for prepaid orders will be processed accordingly.


 8. Replacement Policy

Replacement is offered ONLY if:

* Same product is available in stock

* Issue is verified


Otherwise, refund will be issued.

* Fake claims

* Misuse of policies


IKING reserves rights to:


* Block accounts

 10. Seller Responsibility

* Sellers are responsible for product quality

* Refund liability may be transferred to seller


IKING acts as a marketplace intermediary.


 11. Limitation of Liability

IKING shall NOT be liable for:

* Incorrect usage of products

* Customer negligence

* Minor variations (color, size, design)
