## iKING Return & Refund Policy
At **iKING Private Limited**, customer satisfaction is paramount. Our Return & Refund Policy complies with Indian consumer protection laws to provide a fair and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
### 1. **Eligibility for Returns**
- **Time Frame**: Customers may return eligible items within **7 days** from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
- **Condition of Goods**: Returned products must be **unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging**, with tags and labels intact.

- Refunds will be made to the **original payment method**, or, at the customer’s request, as store credit.

- **Shipping of Returns**: Customers are responsible for shipping returns, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
### 4. **Refund Policy under Consumer Protection Act, 2019**
- **Right to Repair, Replacement, or Refund**: In accordance with **Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019**, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if the goods are defective or do not match the description.
- **Electronic Payments & Refunds**: Per **Section 40 of the Act**, iKING will refund digital transactions directly to the original mode of payment.
- **Right to Redressal**: Customers are assured the right to redressal through appropriate consumer protection channels if they are dissatisfied with the goods or services as per **Section 2(9) of the Act**.
### 5. **Cancellation Policy**
- Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled and must be processed through the return process.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within **3–5 business days** of cancellation confirmation.
### 6. **Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items**
- iKING provides a **free return or exchange** for products that are found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- For faulty items, the customer must notify us within **48 hours** of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
