1. Purpose of Legal Notice
This Seller Legal Notice (“Notice”) outlines the legal responsibilities, liabilities, and enforcement rights applicable to all sellers (“Seller”, “Vendor”) on iking.in, operated by IKING Retail Private Limited (“Company”, “Platform”, “IKING”).
This Notice is legally binding and must be read along with:

2. Mandatory Compliance
All sellers MUST strictly comply with:
Consumer Protection Laws
GST and invoicing regulations
Legal Metrology requirements (MRP, origin, labeling)
Intellectual Property laws
⚠️ Any violation will result in immediate enforcement action by IKING.
3. Misrepresentation & Fraud
Seller SHALL NOT:
Provide false product information
List counterfeit or unauthorized products
Manipulate pricing or discounts
Generate fake orders or reviews

Immediate account suspension
Financial penalties
Legal proceedings
4. Intellectual Property Violations
Sellers must ensure all products are legally authorized
Use of copyrighted content, trademarks, or brand names without permission is prohibited
IKING reserves the right to:
Remove infringing listings
Share seller details with the rightful IP owners
Initiate legal action
5. Consumer Complaints & Liability
Sellers are solely responsible for product quality, safety, and authenticity
All consumer complaints related to products shall be attributed to the seller
⚠️ IKING acts only as an intermediary platform and is not liable for seller misconduct
6. Financial Liabilities
IKING reserves the right to:
Recover losses caused by seller actions
Adjust or hold payments
Deduct penalties, refunds, and damages from the seller account
7. Platform Enforcement Rights
IKING has absolute authority to:
Suspend or terminate seller accounts without prior notice
Remove listings
Block payouts
Restrict platform access
⚠️ Decisions of IKING shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable
8. Legal Action & Reporting
In case of serious violations, IKING may:
Report the seller to the government authorities
Initiate civil or criminal proceedings
Share data with law enforcement agencies
9. Data Disclosure
IKING may disclose seller information:
To regulatory authorities
To consumers (if required by law)
During dispute resolution
10. Indemnification
Seller agrees to indemnify IKING against:
Consumer claims
Legal penalties
Financial losses arising from seller misconduct
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall first be handled internally
IKING reserves the right to make final decisions
12. Limitation of Liability
IKING shall NOT be liable for:
Seller losses or business interruption
Legal issues arising from the seller's products
Third-party claims related to seller actions
13. Zero Tolerance Policy
IKING follows a zero-tolerance approach for:
Fraud
Counterfeit goods
Policy violations
Repeated complaints
14. Blacklisting & Ban
IKING may:
Permanently blacklist sellers
Restrict re-registration
Share blacklisted data internally
15. Amendments
IKING reserves the right to:
Modify this Notice anytime
Enforce updated rules immediately
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by Indian laws
Jurisdiction: Delhi Courts
