IKING. IN — SELLER POLICY & VENDOR AGREEMENT (2026)

 1. Introduction

This Seller Policy (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between IKING Retail Private Limited (the “Company”, the “Platform”) and the registered seller (referred to as the “Seller”, or “Vendor”, as applicable) registering products on iking. in.

The Seller accepts that, by registering, listing, or selling on the website, they are bound to adhere to all relevant Indian laws, specifically including but not limited to the following:

* Consumer Protection (E-Commerce)  Rules, 2020

* IT Rules (the 2026 updates included)

* GST Act & Relevant tax laws

* Laws of Legal Metrology & Trademark

 2. Seller Eligibility & Registration

* Seller shall be a legally registered entity (Proprietorship/Partnership/Company).

* Mandatory documents:

* GSTIN (mandatory for most e-commerce sellers)

  * PAN Card

  * Bank Account

* Business Address & Contact Information

* Seller must give accurate and verifiable identification details (e.g., legal name, address, etc.).

  Any document is incomplete, suspicious, or non-compliant; IKING has the right to approve/reject/suspend/terminate any seller account without notice.

 3. Nature of Platform (Marketplace Model)

* IKING is a marketplace platform and does not own products itself.

* Seller is fully responsible for:

* Product quality

  * Inventory

  * Pricing

  * Compliance

    IKING will not be liable for any of the following:

* Product defects

* Warranty claims

* Seller misrepresentation

 4. Seller Obligations (STRICT COMPLIANCE)

Seller must:

 4.1 Product Compliance

* Sell only authorized, legal, and non-illegal products

* List no counterfeit or prohibited items

 4.2 Listing Accuracy

* Create accurate product descriptions, prices, photos, and specifications

* Be open with what the Business does and does not   do

 4.3 Pricing & Charges

* Show final price with taxes and shipping

* IKING can even charge commission, logistics, and marketing fees

IKING can change the commission structure without prior notice.

 4.4 GST & Tax Compliance

Seller must:

* Issue GST-compliant invoices

* File GST returns

* Maintain records

IKING shall deduct TCS as per law and is not liable for seller tax defaults.

 4.5 Fulfillment & Returns

Seller must:

* Dispatch orders on time

* Return defective or wrong items

IKING can handle refunds and may deduct amounts from seller accounts.

 4.6 Customer Support & Grievances

     Complaints by seller must be addressed within 30 days.

 4.7 Prohibited Activities

     Seller shall not:

     * Post fake reviews

     * Manipulate ratings

     * Sell counterfeit goods

 Sign of violation could cause a suspension or legal action.

 5. Payments & Settlements

    Spending is processed only when delivery is confirmed, and the return window is closed.

 IKING could retain or modify payments in the event of disputes, fraud suspicions, or elevated return rates.

 6. Intellectual Property (IPR)

      The Seller will be liable for any trademark or copyright infringement.

 IKING is authorized to delete listings or suspend any seller for violations.

 7. Logistics & Shipping

    "If so, the seller must adhere to packaging requirements and will be liable for penalties due to delay.

 8. Data Protection & Privacy

      Customer Data Protection and Abuse of Customers — Seller

 9. Compliance with AI Content & IT Rules 2026

    Must disclose AI content: IT rules; seller

 10. Suspension & Termination

     Repetitive violation on policies/policies violations of a serious nature will have their account suspended.

 11. Limitation of Liability

     IKING shall not be liable for losses of sellers or indirect damages.

 12. Indemnity

 The seller will indemnify IKING against claims & fines.

 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

     Controlled by means of Indian law with jurisdiction in Delhi.

14. Amendments

   IKING can change this policy at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
