1. Introduction
These Seller Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between IKING Retail Private Limited (“Company”, “Platform”, “IKING”) and registered sellers (“Seller”, “Vendor”) on iking.in.
By registering or listing products, the Seller agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
⚠️ IKING reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Seller Registration & Eligibility
To become a seller, you must:
Provide a valid GST registration
Submit KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, business proof)
Maintain accurate business information
IKING reserves the right to:
Approve or reject applications without explanation
Verify seller details at any time
3. Nature of Marketplace
IKING operates as an intermediary marketplace:
Sellers list and sell products
IKING facilitates transactions
? IKING is not responsible for the manufacturing, quality, or legality of seller products.
4. Product Listing Obligations
Seller must ensure:
Accurate product descriptions
Correct pricing and specifications
Compliance with labeling laws (MRP, origin, etc.)
IKING reserves the right to:
Edit/remove listings
Restrict non-compliant products
5. Pricing & Commission
Sellers agree to pay applicable commission, logistics, and service fees
Fees may change at IKING’s discretion
IKING may:
Deduct charges directly from seller payments
Apply promotional or operational fees
6. Orders & Fulfillment
Seller must:
Process and dispatch orders within the defined SLA
Ensure proper packaging and quality
IKING reserves the right to:
Cancel orders
Penalize delays or failures
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Governed by IKING Return Policy
Seller agrees to accept valid returns
IKING may:
Deduct refund amounts from the seller account
Charge return handling fees
8. Payments & Settlement
Payments are released after successful delivery
IKING may hold payments for:
Returns
Disputes
Fraud checks

9. Seller Conduct
Seller SHALL NOT:
Sell counterfeit or illegal products
Engage in fraudulent activities
Manipulate reviews or ratings
Violation may lead to:
Account suspension
Legal action
10. Intellectual Property
The seller must have the right to sell products
IKING may use seller content for marketing
IKING reserves the right to remove infringing content.
11. Data Protection
Seller agrees:
Not to misuse customer data
To comply with data protection laws
IKING may share necessary data for operations.
12. Penalties & Enforcement
IKING may impose:
Financial penalties
Listing suspension
Account termination

13. Indemnification
Seller agrees to indemnify IKING against:
Legal claims
Customer complaints
Regulatory penalties
14. Limitation of Liability
IKING shall NOT be liable for:
Seller losses

15. Suspension & Termination
IKING reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate seller accounts anytime
Restrict access without prior notice
16. Audit & Compliance Checks
IKING may:
Conduct audits of seller operations
Request documentation
Non-compliance may lead to penalties.
17. Force Majeure
IKING is not liable for:
Delays due to external factors
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
18. Amendments
