Seller Right of Withdrawal

1. Introduction
This Seller’s Right of Withdrawal Policy (“Policy”) governs the voluntary exit, termination, and withdrawal rights of sellers (“Seller”, “Vendor”) from iking.in, operated by IKING Retail Private Limited (“Company”, “Platform”, “IKING”).
This Policy shall be read along with:

By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with this Policy.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Seller Exit)
A Seller may request withdrawal from IKING subject to:
Submission of a formal exit request via registered email
Clearance of all pending orders
Settlement of all dues, penalties, and liabilities
⚠️ Withdrawal is NOT automatic and requires IKING approval
3. Minimum Commitment Period
IKING reserves the right to:
Enforce a minimum operational period (if applicable)
Restrict withdrawal during active campaigns, sales, or disputes
4. Pending Orders & Obligations
Before exit approval, the Seller MUST:
Fulfill all active orders
Process returns and refunds
Resolve customer complaints
❗ Failure to comply may result in:
Delayed withdrawal approval
Financial penalties
5. Financial Settlement
IKING reserves the right to:
Hold seller payments for a defined period (risk buffer)
Adjust:
Returns
Refunds
Penalties
Chargebacks
Final settlement will be processed ONLY after:
Completion of all obligations
Risk and fraud checks
6. Data Retention & Account Deactivation
The seller account will be deactivated after approval
IKING may retain seller data for:
Legal compliance
Audit purposes
Dispute resolution
⚠️ Data deletion is subject to applicable laws and platform requirements.
7. Re-Registration Restrictions
IKING reserves the right to:
Restrict or deny re-registration of withdrawn sellers
Blacklist sellers with poor performance or violations
8. Forced Termination by IKING
IKING may terminate seller accounts WITHOUT notice in cases of:
Policy violations
Fraud or misconduct
High return rates or poor service
Legal or regulatory issues
⚠️ In such cases, seller withdrawal rights shall be void
9. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
Even after withdrawal:
IKING may retain and use product listings, images, and content for records
Sellers waive rights to claim removal unless legally required
10. Indemnity After Exit
Seller remains liable for:
Past transactions
Customer complaints
Legal claims
Even after account closure.
11. Dispute Resolution Post Withdrawal
IKING reserves rights to handle disputes related to past orders
Seller must cooperate even after exit
12. Limitation of Liability
IKING shall NOT be liable for:
Seller's business losses due to withdrawal
Loss of data or platform access
Future opportunities or revenue
13. Abuse of Withdrawal Rights
IKING strictly prohibits:
Repeated joining and exiting for unfair advantage
Avoiding penalties via withdrawal
IKING may:
Impose penalties
Block future access
14. Amendments
IKING reserves the right to:
Modify this Policy anytime
Enforce changes immediately
Continued use implies acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by Indian laws
Jurisdiction: Delhi Courts
